Android APK download and installation
Our exoto Android app is distributed as an APK file, which you download directly from our platform rather than through a third-party app store. To begin, open your phone's browser, log into your exoto account or create one, and navigate to the app download section. The APK file is typically under 50 MB and installs in under a minute on most devices. Before installation, you may need to enable "Unknown sources" in your device settings — this is a standard Android security step that allows installation from sources outside the Google Play Store.
iOS access via web app or home-screen shortcut
iPhone and iPad users do not need to install an APK. Instead, visit exoto.app in Safari or your preferred browser and log in with your account credentials. You can then create a home-screen shortcut by tapping the Share button and selecting "Add to Home Screen" — this gives you an app-like icon on your home screen that launches exoto directly. The web app provides the same functionality as our Android APK: live-dealer access, sportsbook betting, slot games, and payment management. There is no difference in features between the web app and APK versions.

App vs browser: which is right for you
Both the exoto APK and our web app deliver identical functionality — live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger; slot games including Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways; and sportsbook markets for Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, badminton, and MotoGP. Device compatibility and system requirements
Our exoto app runs on Android 7.0 and above, covering the vast majority of devices released in the last eight years. For iOS, we support Safari and web-app access on iOS 12 and above. If your device is older than these versions, we recommend using the web app at exoto.app instead of attempting to install the APK. Your device should have at least 50 MB of free storage for the APK installation. If you encounter storage warnings during installation, clear your phone's cache or uninstall unused apps to free space.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
The most frequent installation problem occurs when Android users have not enabled "Unknown sources" in their security settings. To resolve this, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle it on before attempting to install the APK again. Some devices also prompt you to trust the exoto certificate — tap Trust or Confirm to proceed. If the APK file fails to download, try clearing your browser cache and re-downloading from your exoto account. On iOS, if the web app icon does not appear on your home screen after tapping "Add to Home Screen," ensure you are using Safari rather than another browser, then repeat the process. If you continue to experience issues, contact our support team via email or through the in-app help centre.
App permissions and data security on exoto
The exoto app requests permission to access your phone's camera (for account verification photos during KYC), microphone (for live-dealer game chat), and location (for jurisdiction compliance checks). These permissions are optional — you may deny them and still access most exoto features, though photo uploads and live-chat participation will be limited. All data transmitted between your phone and our servers is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Your account credentials, payment information, and transaction history are never stored in plain text on your device. When you log out of the app, your session is immediately terminated. If you lose your phone, you can remotely log out all active sessions from another device by using the account recovery feature on exoto.app.
