When you fund your wallet, we credit it in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) — no currency conversion, no hidden exchange rates. First-Time Verification and Account Security
When you deposit for the first time on exoto, we verify your identity to comply with Indonesian banking regulations and prevent fraud. We ask for your full name, phone number, and email (collected during signup), then send a verification code via SMS. Enter this code, and your account is verified for deposits.
For your first deposit from a specific payment method (e.g., your online payment account or e-wallet virtual account), we may also ask for a document photo — such as a government ID or a bank statement — to confirm that the payment method belongs to you. This one-time check protects both you and exoto. Subsequent deposits from the same method skip this step.

Enter your withdrawal amount and confirm. For larger cashouts or if this is your first withdrawal, we request re-verification — such as confirming your phone number or requesting a photo of your ID.
